CheckPoint is an educational assessment platform designed for K-12 educators to create, deliver, and grade standardized assessments. The Service includes tools for question authoring, test delivery, AI-assisted scoring, and analytics.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful educational purposes. You may not:

  • Share or distribute assessment content outside your institution
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures
  • Use the Service in any way that violates student privacy laws
  • Upload malicious content or software

5. Intellectual Property

Content you create remains your intellectual property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
